We are a RIBA Chartered architecture studio based in Sheffield, passionate about creating homes that enhance everyday life. We believe that thoughtful, high-quality architecture should be accessible to everyone, and that good design begins with understanding the people who live in a space.
Led by Director and Chartered Architect Holly Ormrod-Stebbings, our friendly team designs bespoke extensions, new homes and remodelling projects for homeowners and developers across the UK. Every project starts by listening carefully to our clients, taking the time to understand their aspirations, lifestyle and the unique character of their home. From these conversations, we develop designs that are both creative and practical, improving space, flow, natural light and storage while responding to budget and sustainability considerations.
We guide our clients through every stage of the process, from the initial survey and concept design through to the detailed drawings required by builders, and then the construction stage. Working collaboratively throughout, we create carefully considered homes that are beautiful, functional, enduring and bring joy to everyday living.

Although it would have a footprint of little more than 4 square metres, I stressed that I didn’t want it to look like a box stuck on the front of the house as an afterthought. Holly came up with 4 different designs on two different footprints. With these as a starting point then doing some mixing and matching she came up with an imaginative working design.
As well as designing the building Holly took charge of all the paperwork, involving planning, a structural engineer and building control. She even provided me with builders with whom she had worked with previously and who would be interested in taking on a job of this size.
I am delighted with the finished product which provides the space I needed and makes entering into the house much easier. Many of my neighbours have commented on its attractiveness and when one said, “Unlike others on the road it doesn’t look like a box just stuck on on the front.” I knew that Holly’s design was everything I wanted.
