A small rear extension was all that was needed to unlock the potential in the ground floor of this house and to create a large kitchen/diner. Previously, the traditional layout of the disconnected kitchen and dining room made family life very challenging, but by designing a contemporary rear extension we introduced space and light into this beautiful home. Meanwhile, the former kitchen and outbuildings were converted into a utility room and shower room.
