This end-terrace property in Woodseats already had a lot of lovely features and character, but lacked a good connection to the sunny garden, with the kitchen-dining room blocked by a cold porch and smaller windows. Our simple, contemporary extension created a light, open-plan kitchen-dining-living space with the old kitchen repurposed as a generous utility room and downstairs loo. The large roof light and bifold doors allow natural light to flood into the space, which is now the true heart of the home.
