By altering the pitch of the roof, building over existing and adding a new rear extensions, we could accommodate a generous master bedroom suite and additional bedroom / study on the new first floor of this bungalow. Designed in a chalet style at the rear but maintaining the traditional look of the bungalow on the front, we satisfied the planners while introducing lots of space and light into the property.
